Our Patron level member, Virgin, celebrated their new London – Austin route last week with a breakfast event hosted by Richard Branson and an evening drinks reception.

Board member, and British Consul General for Texas, Richard Hyde attended the celebrations, alongside James McLennan, BABC Texas President. Richard commented on LinkedIn afterwards “Great to hear Richard Branson speak in Austin this morning as Virgin Atlantic celebrate the launch of their London to Austin route.

Key message for me, worry less about the risk and focus more on the opportunity. If you have an idea or something you want to do, just get on and do it!”
