Gecko Technology Partners is a leading approved global reseller of Google Meeting Solutions, Chrome Enterprise & Chrome devices, Google Workspace and related technologies with entities and warehouses in the US, the UK and the EU.

Having been a Google Partner for about five years, Gecko set up operations in the US (Austin, TX) in 2020 and is one of only two partners to be listed on Google’s product page for Google Meet in the US market. In view of companies returning to the offices and defining strategies for hybrid working environments, we have this year seen a sharp increase in demand for suitable solutions which we expect will be increasing even further going forward.

Why is your organization a member of BABC Texas?

Whilst Gecko has great support from Google in many ways, being a new company in the US market we are looking at ways to connect with companies who prioritise internal and external collaboration, and see benefits from starting meetings internally and/or externally in a frictionless manner.

BABC Texas seemed like a very good fit for Gecko to join, being an active organisation with international members, who in many instances have distributed offices and/or remote workers.

What do you hope to achieve this year?

We are looking forward to continued growth this year, and we will continue to provide information about the advantages of moving away from legacy systems. With remote working being commonplace over the past year or so, being cloud based and being able to support & manage remote workers has many advantages and helps to ensure backups and security is not compromised.

As such, Chrome OS, Google Workspace and Google Meet makes perfect sense from all angles and we hope to bring more awareness about this during the year.
