Gleeds wins CMAA-SAC Project of the Year and Program Management Award

BABC Texas Patron Member, Gleeds, is delighted to announce that our Americas team has been honored with two major awards from Construction Management Association of America’s South Atlantic Chapter (CMAA-SAC): ‘Program Management – Residential / Mixed-Use’ and ‘Project of the Year’, for the ‘Amber Grace Community’ just outside of Atlanta.

With the Amber Grace Community, Gleeds delivered a $70 million purpose-built community that expands long-term living opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, safeguarding its community impact through disciplined project, cost management and strategic value engineering. Despite complex market conditions, the team-maintained cost certainty and ensured the project’s vision was realized without compromise.

Amber Grace demonstrated innovation through its ability to rapidly adapt design to meet evolving, real-world user needs without impacting schedule or cost. The solution reflects a highly agile, user-centered approach.

Stuart Lumsden, CEO and Project Principal, “We are delighted to receive these two awards for this outstanding project, with the results exceeding all expectations. I couldn’t be prouder of the team behind Amber Grace. Their agility, empathy, and commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes made this recognition possible. Congratulations to everyone involved.”
