Mary is President at Merrimac International Executive Search and moved into the role of President at BABC Texas in May 2025. She is President and Owner of Merrimac International, leading the firm’s rapid global growth across energy, technology, industrial services, manufacturing, transportation, and EPC sectors. With over 20 years in executive search, she has placed board and C-suite leaders worldwide and brings direct board experience and deep insight into governance and strategy.

Mary serves as President of the British American Business Council (BABC) in Houston and holds advisory and board roles with Sam Houston State University’s GradKat Board, the University of Houston Bauer School of Business Advisory Board, and the Polish American Chamber of Commerce in Texas. She is a frequent speaker on global talent trends and holds a BA from Sam Houston State University.
