Josh Redelman is a Partner at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP and one of the few employment attorneys in Texas focused exclusively on the needs of international and high-growth companies. He serves as legal counsel to a local European Consulate General in Houston and advises UK, European, and Nordic companies on the full range of U.S. employment law, including workforce structuring and talent mobility, and regularly handles matters ranging from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation to trade secrets, non-competes, and regulatory compliance across borders.

Functioning as embedded employment counsel, Josh is a trusted advisor to his clients so that when they call, he already knows the context, the people, and the strategy. His practice spans employment litigation, day-to-day counseling, M&A workforce due diligence, and international market entry, giving clients a single trusted advisor across the full employment lifecycle.

In addition to his role with BABC Texas, Josh is an active member of The Woodlands Economic Development Partnership and the Houston Bar Association. He is based in Houston.
