Frank is a Partner at Withum with more than 27 years of accounting experience. He advises international clients on tax compliance and consulting, global tax minimization, international business structuring and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

His clients span the energy and oilfield services, manufacturing and distribution, construction, and technology sectors. A licensed CPA in Texas, Frank holds a master’s degree in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Houston and an Advanced Professional Certificate in Corporate International Taxation. He serves as Treasurer of BABC Texas.
