Charlie is a top-producing Realtor in Houston with Nan & Co. Properties. He is deeply engaged in the community, serving on a Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo committee, as a member of the British International School of Houston PTO, on the Memorial Park Advisory Board, and as President of the Crestwood Civic Club.

Originally from the UK, Charlie relocated to Houston in 2010. Before transitioning to real estate, he built a career in hospitality, managing high-end health clubs in Belgium and Houston and serving as a senior manager with UK pub chain JD Wetherspoon.

Married with two daughters, Charlie enjoys playing pickleball and padel, attending concerts and theater, and spending time outdoors with friends and the family Pomeranian.
