A little more about Jon Braham – Vice President, Planning and Performance Management, Production & Operations at bp

Jon Braham is a globally accomplished Finance executive with over 20 years of international experience in the Oil and Gas industry and a deep connection to both Texas and the UK. Recently returned to the Houston area after 4 years in London, his current role involves leading the financial planning and analysis function for BP’s global Production and Operations business. Jon enjoys the challenge of helping to drive decision making in the face of uncertainty, analyzing complex strategic problems, and leading cross cultural teams. A native Texan, Jon was born in Houston, grew up in London and has a Bachelors in Environmental Engineering from the University of Nottingham and a Masters in Business Administration from Rice University. He is married with two children. During his spare time, he enjoys coaching his children’s soccer teams, grilling, sampling Houston’s excellent restaurants and watching a broad selection of US and British sports.
