BABC Texas Welcomes New Board Members Andrew Ramsay and Josh Redelman
BABC Texas is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to our Executive Board of Directors. Both Andrew and Josh bring extensive international expertise and a deep commitment to the Texas-UK business corridor.
Andrew Ramsay | President & CEO, JAB Recruitment: Andrew is an award-winning entrepreneur. He has over 24 years of experience in establishing, running, and managing international businesses. Andrew has lived, worked, and created companies in Canada, Norway, the USA, and Australia. He is a well-regarded figure in both the energy and recruitment industries globally and is currently based in Houston, TX.
Andrew is also Co-Founder of Moblyze, the energy industry’s first labor marketplace. Andrew has advised and continues to work with government agencies on trade and investment in Canada, the USA, and Scotland. He also works at the board level with several non-profit initiatives, most with an aim to identify the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs.
Josh Redelman | Partner, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP: Based in Houston, Josh is a Partner at Nelson Mullins, where he focuses exclusively on the legal needs of international and high-growth companies. He serves as legal counsel to a local European Consulate General and advises UK, European, and Nordic companies on U.S. employment law, talent mobility, and cross-border regulatory compliance.
Acting as a trusted, embedded advisor, Josh supports his clients through the full employment lifecycle, from market entry to M&A due diligence. He is also an active member of the Houston Bar Association and The Woodlands Economic Development Partnership.
