A UK-native of dual British and Greek nationality, Nikos now resides in Austin and serves as Strategy Director for Luxid Group, an integrated B2B marketing agency. He was appointed to the BABC Executive Board in September 2025.

With an educational background in psychology, Nikos has two decades of strategic marketing experience. He has held senior positions at a variety of specialist marketing agencies in the UK and US, leading cross-functional teams, developing client strategy, driving agency growth, and taking new products and services to market.

As well as being a frequent contributor to marketing industry thought leadership, Nikos is an active member of the Forbes Agency Council and the American Marketing Association.
