Why is your organization a member of BABC Texas?

BABC has been on our radar for a long time. We attended the Lost Afternoon rugby event and met some great people who were so welcoming and also keen to support creating connections within the community.

Becoming a member will allow us to be more involved in supporting collaborations across the pond and also locally to develop partners in this tricky time of a widening skills gap and the slow adoption of technologies – Texas needs Britain’s help!

What do you hope to achieve this year?

As Radical Ingenuity Group has cemented its role in the product and system value chain, we are ready for the next step of growth.

We are looking to expand our talent pool and customer base to support our clients with the great crew change and loss of legacy knowledge. Strengthening the network with BABC will empower that and we are also keen to give back to the industries we love. We wish to unlock the UK talent pool and utilize the world’s best kept engineering secret.

In the next year we will be expanding our connections to enterprise business to support their challenges with increasingly faster moving opportunities.
