Why is your organization a member of BABC Texas?

We were delighted to join BABC Texas for a number of reasons! Firstly, Texas is a home away from home, and being part of a local community that also has ties back to the UK is great as we all share common goals and interests. Secondly, we want to raise Arnlea’s profile in the States, and BABC offers fantastic access to events and networking opportunities that we would not find elsewhere. Thirdly, it is great for my own benefit as a ‘newbie’ to the States as I can make solid connections and new life-long friends.

What do you hope to achieve this year?

Where do I start?… We have very ambitious plans for Arnlea, and to make our mark in the States we want to build up our brand awareness and expand our ever-growing network. Naturally, we also want to grow our client base across the Americas as well as onboard new partners. With all this growth, we hope to expand the team here in the US too – so we might have to start looking for bigger offices soon! It is also incredibly important to us that we do what we can to support other local businesses and charities where we can.
